Welcome to Warm Glow Craft! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Warm Glow Craft offers handmade bookish decor, laser-engraved signs, and 3D-printed accessories. All products are crafted with love and shipped from Switzerland.

2. Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless agreed upon via email.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Warm Glow Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Important: International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at warmglowcraft@outlook.com. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized items

• Items returned without prior email contact

All content, including product designs, photos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Warm Glow Craft. Please do not use, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our products or services. Always handle decor and hanging pieces with care.
