🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us first at warmglowcraft@outlook.com before sending anything back. We'll guide you through the process and provide the correct return address.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition

• Items must be in the original packaging

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot accept returns of items that arrive damaged or used.
